**Welcome!** These are the rules for using ReikiRitualCollective's services at https://reikiritualcollective.com.

We'll investigate and may remove the content.

10. AGE REQUIREMENT

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
**Service Availability**
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability:
• **Target uptime:** 99.9% monthly (about 44 minutes of downtime allowed)
• **Scheduled maintenance:** We'll try to notify you in advance
• **Emergencies:** Sometimes we need to do urgent fixes
**What doesn't count as downtime:**
• Scheduled maintenance windows
• Issues caused by your equipment or internet
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
• Problems outside our control
If we miss our uptime target, contact us to discuss potential credits.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
**Third-Party Services**
Our service connects to or uses other companies' products. A few things to know:
• **We're not responsible** for how third-party services work
• Each has **their own terms and privacy policies** — please read them
• **We can't control** if they change, break, or go offline
• **Sharing data** with them is governed by their policies, not ours

**Governing law:** These terms are governed by the laws of United States, specifically New York.
**How disputes are handled:**
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, not in court.
**No class actions:** You can only bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.
17. ENDING YOUR USE
**Ending the relationship:**
**You can leave anytime** by contacting alissa@reikiritualcollective.com or using account settings.
**We can terminate your access** if you break the rules — sometimes without warning.
**Your data:** You can export your data before leaving.
**What happens after:** Some parts of these terms still apply even after you leave (like the liability limits).
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
**We might update these terms.** When we do:

• Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes
