We do not offer refunds for services rendered.  We will offer a one-time reschedule if you are unable to make the time of your appoinment.  Please email alissa@reikiritualcollective.com or casuccioma@gmail.com for to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. You will receive your healing remotely.  Please find time at the scheduled appointment time for full integration of healing energy.  You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
